Lately, piracy and
counterfeits of Intellectual Property has assumed alarming,
rather horrifying dimensions in the
country. Everything or anything having some commercial value
is being faked. Pirates are filling their coffers and building
personal empires on the debris of national economy. Not only
this, but these unscrupulous elements are playing with the
health and lives of innocent citizens by making fake medicines,
consumer items or even auto parts. To safe guard
their interest, and also in the process, help build national
economy, the IPR owners of national as well as multinational
business concerns have started anti-piracy campaign under
the existing laws. A local company, Royal IPR Security
Services (Pvt) Ltd; designed and established over years as
infringement control specialist set up, is carryingout anti-piracy
operations on behalf of the IPR owners all over Pakistan.
To create general awareness regarding necessity to
eliminate this social evil from our society,
