Speaking of multipurpose machine overloaded shutterbugs get some relief with Matsushita's new NV-EX21. It's a digital camcorder with a detachable 1 .08-megapixel still camera. Digital video cameras have included still camera functions for a while, but the combo is usually bulkier than a standard digital camera.
